Eytan Avriel (born December 11, 1960) is a journalist and a founder of TheMarker, the Editor-in-Chief of TheMarker Magazine and a leading Israeli commentator. Avriel founded the business desk at Reuters Israel and launched new products, including a Hebrew language business news services, money market exchanges and mobile financial data platforms. After a period as a manager of mutual funds, investment banker and publicist, Avriel founded TheMarker along with Guy Rolnik and Ido Pollak.
